Mandate

The Nova Scotia section of the Orthopaedic Division's mandate is to support and facilitate the education and development of physiotherapists in Nova Scotia. The section is responsible for the organization of the syllabus courses for the Diploma of Advanced Manual & Manipulative Therapy in Nova Scotia. In addition, courses clinically relevant to orthopaedic physiotherapy practice are scheduled on a regular basis to promote clinical reasoning and effective injury management.
